What we collect

The callback form asks for a phone number and a name. You may also tell us which surface needs washing and add a short note. There is no email field, no address field and no payment details anywhere on this site.

If you phone or email instead, we hold whatever you tell us on that call or in that message — usually a name, a number and an address to quote.

Why we hold it

• To call you back and quote the work you asked about
• To find your street again if you book a repeat wash
• To keep basic records of jobs done, as any business has to

What we never do

We do not sell, rent or trade your details. We do not add you to a newsletter, and we do not pass your number to lead-generation companies, other contractors or advertisers. If somebody calls you claiming to be from us and asks for card details over the phone, hang up and ring the number on this site.

How long it stays

Enquiries that never turn into work are cleared out roughly once a year. Records for completed jobs are kept while they are useful for warranty questions and for the periods Georgia tax rules require.

This website

The site is static HTML. It sets no advertising cookies, runs no analytics profile and does not track you between websites. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so your browser makes a request to Google's font servers when a page opens — that request carries the usual technical data such as your IP address. Everything else, including all images, is served from this domain.

The callback form is handled in your browser only. Because nothing is transmitted to a server, a submitted request lives in that browser tab until you close it, which is also why the confirmation asks you to phone if you need something sooner.

Children

This site is meant for adults arranging work on a property. We do not knowingly collect details from children.

Asking us to delete something

Call (689) 258-1046 or email Martin@whitestonewash.ink and ask. You can have a copy of what we hold on you, or have it removed, unless a tax record has to stay.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it. Nothing here creates a contract; the terms of any wash are what you and Martin agree on the phone or in writing.
