Concrete, siding, wood, trucks

Pick the surface, we set the pressure

Everything below is washed by the owner with the same rig. Tap a surface to read how that one is actually handled — the difference between them is water pressure, chemistry and patience.

Driveways and concrete

Driveways, front walks, curbs, steps and pool surrounds. A surface cleaner does the open slab at an even pass so you never see the stripes a bare wand leaves, and the fiddly parts are done by hand afterwards.

  • Algae, mildew and the gray road film along the apron
  • Control joints, edges and the strip against the garage door
  • Splash pads and anywhere a downspout has stained the slab
  • Post-rinse so nothing dries back into a haze

House wash and siding

A full exterior soft wash for vinyl, Hardie board, brick and stucco. Low pressure and a mild mix do the lifting, then everything is rinsed from the roofline down so no dirty water runs across clean wall.

  • Green north-facing walls and the streaks under gutter lines
  • Soffits, fascia and gutter faces washed as part of the job
  • Windows, doors and fixtures covered before anything is mixed
  • Plant beds soaked before and flushed after

Patios, decks and fences

Pavers, flagstone, stamped concrete, pressure-treated decking and fence panels. All of it comes clean at a far gentler setting than concrete, which is exactly why it is priced and planned separately.

  • Furniture, grills and planters moved and put back
  • Joint sand and grout left where they belong
  • Wood cleaned with the grain, never furred up
  • Screened porches and railings included on request

Fleet and storefronts

For Canton businesses: work trucks and trailers, dumpster pads, loading areas, entrance concrete and storefront glass surrounds. Booked early morning or on a Saturday so business hours stay clear.

  • Vehicle bodies and box sides on low pressure
  • Grease-shadowed concrete near kitchen doors
  • Repeat visits on a monthly or quarterly rhythm
  • One invoice per site, however many surfaces
Before you ask on the phone

What moves the price

There is no square-foot table on this page because the number honestly depends on these four things. Describe them on the call and you will get a real figure, not a range.

How much surface

A single-car drive and a wrap-around drive with a turning pad are different days of work, even though both are “a driveway”.

Biggest factor

How long it has been

Shade, oaks and five years without a wash mean a second pass. A yearly clean is quicker every time, and cheaper for it.

Second pass

How high we have to reach

A single story from the ground is straightforward. Second-story gables and steep ground take extension gear and more time.

Access

How many surfaces at once

Drive plus walk plus patio in one visit is cheaper per surface than three separate call-outs. Bundle it if you can.

Tell Martin the surface

Leave a name and a number. He will ask what it is, how big and how bad, then give you a figure and a day.
